The hotel offers stunning gardens, lawns, and characterful indoor spaces like the library and ballroom. If you want something different we could visit the local windmill or do shots in the streets of Usk.

How long do you stay on the wedding day?

Coverage is flexible - from a few hours to full-day coverage from bridal prep through to the first few dance, depending on your plans.

Do you photograph church weddings nearby?

Yes, I frequently start the day at local churches like St Mary’s in Magor before moving to the hotel for the reception. I've even done a ceremony in West Wales!

Do you take group photos as well as candid shots?

Yes - I capture a mix of relaxed, natural moments along with a small number of organised group photos if you’d like them.

What happens if it rains?

Glen-Yr-Afon has beautiful indoor spaces, so we can still create stunning images whatever the weather.
