Case Study: Gloucester Warehouse Showcase

In the world of commercial real estate and industrial development, scale is everything. Capturing the vastness of a 50,000 sq. ft. warehouse or the precision of a new industrial build requires a specialist approach.I provide professional photography and video services across Gloucester and the South West, helping developers, agents, and asset managers showcase their properties with clarity and impact. From ultra-wide interior shots to high-altitude drone surveys, I deliver the visual assets you need to secure tenants and impress stakeholders.

The Brief: Capture the full scale of a newly refurbished industrial unit, highlighting both the expansive interior floor space and the external site layout.

The Approach:
This project required a two-stage shoot to ensure the environment was perfect.

South Wales commercial/industrial Photography: Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide drone photography for industrial sites?

keyboard_arrow_down

Yes. I am a CAA-licensed drone pilot. Aerial photography is often the only way to truly capture the footprint of a large industrial unit or the layout of a commercial estate. I provide both high-resolution stills and 4K video.

How do you handle site delays or bad weather?

keyboard_arrow_down

In industrial photography, timing is everything. As seen in my Gloucester Warehouse project, I am happy to split shoots across multiple days to ensure we get the best light for exteriors and wait for internal works (like floor laying) to be completed.

What is the turnaround time for the edited images?

keyboard_arrow_down

I understand that property listings often need to go live quickly. Typically, I deliver the fully edited, high-resolution digital gallery within 48 hours of the shoot.

Do I need to be on-site during the shoot?

keyboard_arrow_down

Not necessarily. As long as I have access to the site and a clear brief, I can work independently. I am fully insured and experienced in navigating active industrial environments safely.

What equipment do you use for large warehouse interiors?

keyboard_arrow_down

I use specialized ultra-wide lenses (such as a 14mm) and professional lighting equipment to ensure the entire space is sharp, well-lit, and looks as expansive as possible without distorting the architecture.
